TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms before requesting a quote or a booking.
BOBBI GRAE MAKEUP reserves the right to change any Term or Price without prior notice.

Booking Terms

• All bookings are subject to your acceptance of a quote, including the total cost payable

• Total cost includes all services requested, either as selected from this website or as separately agreed between us in writing, including agreed travel expenses

• A booking date is not confirmed until your retainer fee is received in cleared funds and a signed contract has been received

• Any change to an agreed quote must be notified in writing to me immediately. A revised quote including a revised total cost payable will be issued which must be separately confirmed by you before the booking date

• Any changes made to the contract, either adding or subtracting of services are subject to the approval of the vendor

Payment Terms

• All payments are required in Canadian dollars

• Services provided in Canada : HST will be added to your final bill at the prevailing rate

• Services provided outside Canada : HST applied at Ontario rate (13%)

• Retainers - Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, PayPal or Interac e-Transfer

• Balance Remaining - Accepted methods of payment include: Cash or Interac e-Transfer.

• Any adjustment to the final cost resulting from a change to an initial quote will be accounted for in the balance of the payment due on the booking date

* If paying your balance with Interac email money transfer, the funds must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booking date, otherwise Bobbi reserves the sole right to cancel your booking.   

Bookings

• Full payment of a wedding trial is due on the day of the trial 

• All other bookings including weddings: a non-refundable retainer fee equating to 25-50% (retainer amount depends on how far in advance the booking is made) of the total cost is payable on confirmation of your booking -  Wedding dates are not held or confirmed without a retainer and signed contract  - Bobbi Grae Makeup books strictly on a first come, first serve basis.

• If the retainer is not received prior to the booking date, Bobbi Grae Makeup reserves the sole right to cancel your booking    

• The balance of the booking cost is payable on or before arrival on the booking date.

Cancellation Terms
If you cancel your booking:

• All retainers made prior to the wedding are non-refundable if you cancel your booking after cleared funds are received, before and including a booking date

• If client cancels wedding booking 1 month or less prior to the wedding, they are responsible for the remaining balance owed on the signed agreement.

• Changes to the contract that result in a reduced number of services need to be made a minimum of 1 month prior to the booking date or client will be held accountable for total cost of all services originally agreed upon.

If Bobbi is obliged to cancel your booking:

• Every effort will be made to provide a replacement makeup artist of equivalent ability and cost

• No guarantee is offered or implied as regards the ability or availability of a replacement makeup artist

• If a replacement artist accepts the assignment, your deposit will be passed onto that artist

• If a replacement makeup artist cannot be provided, your deposit will be refunded in full

Prices
Bobbi reserves the right to change any price or package offering at any time without prior notice.  However, where a booking and price has already been agreed the booking will be honoured at that price.

All prices exclude HST.

Indemnity
The client agrees to hold harmless Roberta "Bobbi" Græ Excell from any liability from allergic reactions, injuries, losses, damage, costs, claims and actions that may occur to a client.
